  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 20 olives, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes
  • chicken bullion
  • 1 onion, chop
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pickled chiles, chopped
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 dash oil , as needed

  • Cook the onion and garlic in a little oil in a skillet.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes in small cubes and let cook, seasoning with chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and cook until the liquid is reduced.
  • Place a considerable amount on the corn tortilla and fry in hot oil until golden and ready.
