Baked Mussels

  • 2 jars Bogador® natural mussels
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Heat the cream and add the breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and let cool. In 4 small dishes, pour the previous mixture and place a portion of mussels on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil in a hot oven for about 6 minutes.
