1 kilo white fish fillet
1/4 cups cream
5 teaspoons mustard, (any kind, but Dijon gives it a richer flavor)
salt , and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix the cream with the mustard.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the bowl with the mustard mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place them on a tray with the remaining cream and mustard and bake in the oven at 220°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until they look golden brown.
Serve while ensuring to drizzle them with the sauce that formed.
