Mustard Fish Fillet

  • 1 kilo white fish fillet
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 5 teaspoons mustard, (any kind, but Dijon gives it a richer flavor)
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • In a bowl, mix the cream with the mustard.
  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the bowl with the mustard mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place them on a tray with the remaining cream and mustard and bake in the oven at 220°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until they look golden brown.
  • Serve while ensuring to drizzle them with the sauce that formed.
