Grilled Octopus

Grilled Octopus is a different, original, and delicious way to cook octopus. It is a recipe that is very easy to make and does not take much time. The sauce that accompanies it is delicious.

  • 1 octopus, Use cooked octopus
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
  • dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and Maggie sauce. Add thyme and stir very well, ensuring there are no lumps in the preparation.
  • With this mix, marinate the cooked octopus.
  • Heat a skillet and add a tablespoon of oil. Place the octopus and grill it for 5 minutes on each side, or until well browned.
  • Place the octopus on a plate and sprinkle paprika over it.
