2 tablespoons Maggi chicken bouillon, divided use
1 egg, large
1 cup panko
4 fish steaks, tilapia
1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons pickles, sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce, Tabasco, Tapatio or Cholula

Put the flour and 1 tablespoon of broth in a shallow plate and mix well.
Beat an egg in another shallow plate. Put the panko and the remaining tablespoon of broth in a third shallow plate and mix well.
Put the fish in the flour mixture, covering both sides.
Dip the fish in the beaten egg, coating both sides. Then place the fish in the panko mixture, covering both sides. Place the fish in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown.
FOR THE SPICY TARTAR SAUCE: Combine the mayonnaise, pickle, and hot sauce in a small bowl. For a spicier sauce, add more hot sauce to taste.
