Paprika Fish Fillets

This recipe for fish fillets rolled in paprika is very tasty, light, and visually appealing. Plus, it’s very easy to prepare.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3 carrots
  • 200 grams green beans
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 cup low-fat cream
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Peel the carrots and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces lengthwise. Trim the ends of the green beans and leave them whole. Steam the vegetables in salted water for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse the fillets and dry them very well with a paper towel. Apply olive oil, salt, and pepper to both sides.
  • Place the vegetables at the ends of each fillet (so they stick out), roll up the fillets, and secure them with a wooden toothpick.
  • Place the rolls in a baking dish greased with a little olive oil and bake for 8 minutes at 350ºF.
  • To make the sauce, melt the butter, add the cream, sugar, and paprika, and stir over low heat.
  • Pour this hot sauce over the fillets at the time of serving.
