  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced small, without pulp
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • salt
  • 1 cup precooked rice
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can of sardines in tomato
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • bread, to accompany
