800 grams shrimp, large
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups lettuce, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup tomato purée
1 bunch fresh cilantro, fresh
2 Jalapeño chiles
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 pinch pepper
1/4 cups ketchup
8 corn tortillas

First, to make the tomato sauce, mix tomato puree, cilantro, and chilies.
Then to make the special dressing, mix mayonnaise, pepper, and ketchup.
Once both sauces are ready, peel and clean the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Place two bowls, one with beaten eggs and the other with breadcrumbs. Dip each shrimp first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the shrimp. Then place them on paper towels to absorb the grease.
Tacos are assembled by placing a corn tortilla, lettuce, dressing, sauce, and shrimp.
