  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 serrano chile, seedless
  • 400 grams salmon, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, for serving
