Salmon Carpaccio

Exquisite salmon carpaccio, serve it with cream cheese, onion, and capers.

  • 800 grams salmon, fresh sliced for carpaccio or smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons ax callus
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1/2 red onions, in cubes
  • 3 sprigs dill
  • black pepper
  • cream cheese, softened
  • tostadas, of bread or Scandinavian crackers
  • salt

  • Mix in a bowl the lemon juice with Mazola Olive and Soy oil, mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and honey. Season.
  • Arrange the salmon slices on a flat tray or platter, cover with the marinade, seal with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Spread a little cream cheese on each toast, place a slice of salmon, and garnish with onion and capers.
