800 grams salmon, fresh sliced for carpaccio or smoked salmon
3 tablespoons ax callus
1 lime
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons capers
1/2 red onions, in cubes
3 sprigs dill
black pepper
cream cheese, softened
tostadas, of bread or Scandinavian crackers

Mix in a bowl the lemon juice with Mazola Olive and Soy oil, mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and honey. Season.
Arrange the salmon slices on a flat tray or platter, cover with the marinade, seal with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours.
Spread a little cream cheese on each toast, place a slice of salmon, and garnish with onion and capers.
