Easy, quick, and delicious salmon with parsley cream. A perfect combination as the flavor of the salmon combined with the fragrant taste of parsley gives each bite an unmatched sensation. Prepare it for any occasion; everyone will surely love it.
We cut the salmon into medium cubes and season with salt.
We place the cream and parsley in the blender with a pinch of salt, set aside.
We place the olive oil in a large skillet, turn on to medium heat, and add the garlic, allowing it to release its aroma without browning too much. Then we add the salmon pieces and increase the temperature, turning them so that they get a slight golden color on their sides.
When they take on this slight golden color, we add the blended parsley and cream to the skillet. We cover the skillet and lower the heat back to medium. We wait for it to boil and then lower the temperature a bit more.
It will be ready in a flash; remember that fish cooks very quickly :).
