1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
2 zucchinis
1/2 red onions
1 red bell pepper
2 yellow bell peppers
1/2 kilos asparagus
2 salmon fillet

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Mix the honey, ginger, and soy sauce in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Next, add the salmon and set aside.
Slice the onion and bell pepper, while the zucchini is cut into rounds.
Place the vegetables and the fillet on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, remove and serve.
