Breaded Salmon with Quinoa

You won't believe how easy it is to prepare this breaded salmon with quinoa; it's perfect for when you're watching your weight and want to eat healthy, as it's super complete and packed with Omega-3. Serve it with steamed vegetables.

  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann’s® homestyle mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 salmon fillet, fresh, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons margarine with salt I can't believe it's not Butter®, for the side dish
  • 300 grams green beans, cooked and in pieces, for the side dish
  • 1 1/2 cups chickpeas, cooked, for the side dish
  • 1 red bell pepper, in strips, for the side dish
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted, for the side dish

  • Mix Hellmann's® Homemade with the rosemary. Set aside.
  • Season both sides of the salmon fillets with Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and brush them with the Hellmann's® Homemade mixture.
  • Cover the salmon fillets with the cooked quinoa as a breading and cook over medium-low heat in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  • For the side dish, melt the margarine and cook the green beans, chickpeas, and bell peppers over medium heat until the peppers are tender.
  • Add the sesame seeds and mix.
  • Serve each salmon fillet accompanied by a portion of vegetables.
