Cook the Farfalle and leave them al dente, drain and set aside.
For the sauce: Finely chop the onion and sauté it with the garlic until translucent, add salt and pepper to taste, continue with the halved cherry tomatoes, add the basil leaves cut into strips and let all the ingredients cook for approximately 5 minutes, then add the salmon cut into cubes, the cream, and the parmesan cheese, turn off the heat and set aside.
Add the Farfalle to the sauce and stir until the flavors are integrated.
Serve and enjoy.
