Golden Salmon Fresh Cheese and Spinach Cakes

Treat yourself and prepare these delicious salmon and cheese cakes; they will be very quick to make and very healthy. We added a different touch by including spinach. It will only take you 15 minutes to prepare them for breakfast, dinner, or snacking with friends.

  • 10 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 250 grams smoked salmon, sliced
  • 150 grams queso fresco
  • 50 grams spinach leaf, chopped

  • Take a Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and place sliced salmon on it.
  • Grate the fresh cheese and place it on top of the salmon.
  • Add spinach to finish and cover with another Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®.
  • Put them on a hot skillet and brown to your liking, making sure they don't burn.
