2 salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
280 grams Hummus Libanius®
250 grams Manchego cheese, chopped into very small cubes
dried árbol chile

Mix the olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Place the salmon on a baking tray and brush with the previous mixture, let it rest for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the manchego cheese with the hummus and spread a layer on top of the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
In a skillet, sauté the árbol chilies with salt and olive oil.
Serve the salmon with sautéed árbol chilies to taste.
