Hummus-Crusted Salmon

A different way to prepare salmon for that special occasion or for dinner with the family. This hummus-crusted salmon with cheese will be everyone's favorite dish.

  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 280 grams Hummus Libanius®
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, chopped into very small cubes
  • dried árbol chile

  • Mix the olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  • Place the salmon on a baking tray and brush with the previous mixture, let it rest for a few minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the manchego cheese with the hummus and spread a layer on top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
  • In a skillet, sauté the árbol chilies with salt and olive oil.
  • Serve the salmon with sautéed árbol chilies to taste.
