Lemon Salmon with Mango Sauce

  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the sauce
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons white wine, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 2 árbol chiles
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 salmon, (slices of 200 g each)
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut in half and sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • green beans, for serving

  • Blend the sauce ingredients until you achieve a smooth mixture, season to your liking and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the garlic with the butter. Add the salmon, white wine, yellow lemon juice, cilantro, and lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook to your liking.
  • Serve the salmon on a plate, drizzle with the mango sauce. Accompany with green beans.
