This recipe is an exquisite dish of lettuce and salmon wraps with teriyaki sauce. Besides being healthy, they have a delicious flavor that your whole family will love. Be sure to try them.
1/3 cups dressing, Teriyaki, plus a little for dipping
1 head butterhead lettuce
2 cups vegetable salad, cabbage (carrots, white and purple cabbage julienned)
3/4 cups corn kernels, white, roasted or boiled on the cob
2 cups Noodle, crispy chow mein quickly cooked

In a large pan, heat oil over low/medium heat. Carefully place the salmon fillets, sprinkle them with garlic salt, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
Add the Teriyaki sauce to the fillets and let them cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Wash and rinse the lettuce. Carefully remove the leaves and place them on a paper towel to dry.
Cut the cooked salmon into small pieces for eating.
To assemble: place a lettuce leaf in the palm of your hand and add 2 or 3 pieces of salmon on top.
Add the coleslaw, corn kernels, and chow mein noodles.
Serve it accompanied with a little Teriyaki sauce for dipping.
