1 kilo salmon fillet
1 egg
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt , to taste
4 burger buns
mayonnaise, for accompaniment

Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Chop the salmon fillet manually or with a food processor. Combine the salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, dill, and salt in a deep bowl.
Form 8 burgers with your hands.
Cook the burgers in a pan with a little oil, 5 minutes on each side.
Serve the burgers on hamburger buns, accompanied by mayonnaise.
