Salmon on a Bed of Spinach and Mushrooms

Delicious salmon fillet on a nutritious and healthy bed of spinach with mushrooms sprinkled with garlic. Ready in less than half an hour! Ideal for beginners who want to impress at a special lunch or dinner.

  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 2 bunches fresh spinach
  • 150 grams button mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • salt, and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and let them rest in the refrigerator.
  • Wash the spinach very well, trim the stems, and sauté them in a little butter until they turn a vibrant green. Season with salt. Arrange them on the platter or baking dish where you will serve the dish.
  • Sauté the mushrooms along with the garlic in the other portion of butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Scatter them over the spinach.
  • Grease the pan with a little olive oil and fry the fish pieces for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Place them on the bed of vegetables and serve. You can pair it with a glass of white wine or chilled red wine.
