Salmon Tartare

Try this fresh salmon tartare that is perfect as a starter for any event. It has a fresh and sweet touch with the apple, as well as the delicious flavor of ginger that makes it a unique and tasty dish.

  • 400 grams salmon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 apple
  • 50 grams pickles
  • 50 grams capers
  • 1 teaspoon old style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salsa, worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  • Chop the spring onion, apple, pickles, and capers and place them in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix the ingredients well.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, and Tabasco sauce and mix. Reserve in the fridge.
  • Cut the salmon into half-centimeter cubes approximately.
  • Add the salmon to the bowl and mix well with the other ingredients.
  • Leave the bowl with everything in the fridge for 5 minutes. Then plate using a mold and garnish with a bit of chives.
