Try this fresh salmon tartare that is perfect as a starter for any event. It has a fresh and sweet touch with the apple, as well as the delicious flavor of ginger that makes it a unique and tasty dish.
Chop the spring onion, apple, pickles, and capers and place them in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix the ingredients well.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, and Tabasco sauce and mix. Reserve in the fridge.
Cut the salmon into half-centimeter cubes approximately.
Add the salmon to the bowl and mix well with the other ingredients.
Leave the bowl with everything in the fridge for 5 minutes. Then plate using a mold and garnish with a bit of chives.
