This is one of my favorite recipes, as I love olives, and paired with delicious salmon, they taste even better. Prepare this salmon recipe with olive dressing and enjoy its flavor.

800 grams salmon fillet
50 grams pitted black olives
150 grams pitted green olive
olive oil
mustard
salt
pepper
1/4 onions, finely chopped

Finely crush the black olives until you have a paste-like consistency.
Mix the black olive paste with two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of mustard.
Chop the green olives, add 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion, and mix with four tablespoons of oil.
Heat a skillet and add the salmon, season it with salt and pepper.
Serve the salmon with the olive paste and olive dressing.
