2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons water
3 cloves garlic
4 salmon fillet, of 150 gr

Soak the soy, maple syrup, orange juice, 2 cloves of garlic, and water.
Add the mixture to the salmon. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Bake at 200ºC until lightly golden.
Serve immediately and accompany with orange slices.
