Salmon with Tropical Mango Sauce

A recipe to prepare salmon in an easy, quick, and different way. This way you can break the routine and eat something delicious. The salmon pairs perfectly with the mango sauce because it adds a sweet touch and complements the flavor of the fish.

  • 3 salmon fillet
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 mango
  • 120 milliliters cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
  • Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin side down, and add olive oil.
  • Continue by adding garlic, basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake them for 20 minutes.
  • While the salmon is in the oven, prepare the mango sauce. In a medium skillet with olive oil over medium heat, add the onion, garlic pieces, and mango.
  • Once they are browned, add the milk. Let it boil with everything else.
  • Blend this mixture. As soon as you have a homogeneous mixture, you can add it to your salmon.
