Sweet and Sour Balsamic Salmon

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno tomato and spices
  • 5 salmon fillet, 200 g each
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cups cranberries 1/2 cups cranberries

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Remove the bag from the packaging, open it and set aside the tie. Place the salmon, vinegar, and blueberries inside the bag.
  • Add the Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno seasoning and close it with the tie.
  • Place the bag on a baking tray and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
  • Take it out and serve.
