1/4 kilos queso fresco, crumbled
1 avocado, cut into cubes
1/2 red onions, finely chopped
2 limes, only the juice
salt and pepper

In a bowl, crumble the sardine with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir, leaving the lemon juice for last.
Decorate with a slice of avocado and a strip of onion on top.
