250 grams ax callus
10 slices bacon
1/2 cups honey
balsamic vinegars

In a pot, mix the vinegar and honey. Let it reduce a bit.
Wrap each scallop with half a slice of bacon.
Bake the scallop at 180ºC for about 10 min.
Pour a little of the honey mixture over the scallops.
Insert a toothpick into each scallop and serve.
