Scallop Wrapped in Bacon

  • 250 grams ax callus
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • balsamic vinegars

  • In a pot, mix the vinegar and honey. Let it reduce a bit.
  • Wrap each scallop with half a slice of bacon.
  • Bake the scallop at 180ºC for about 10 min.
  • Pour a little of the honey mixture over the scallops.
  • Insert a toothpick into each scallop and serve.
