Seafood Fillet

In Mexico, we have delicious dishes, and this time we are going to prepare a Stuffed Fish Fillet with Seafood.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 250 grams fish steak, cooked in small pieces
  • 250 grams octopus, cooked in small pieces
  • 4 tablespoons crab meat, in small pieces
  • 250 grams snail, in small pieces
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 6 slices yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • black pepper, to taste
  • button mushrooms, to taste
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • salt , to taste

  • We will start by seasoning the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then we fill them with the seafood (they should be cut into small pieces), then we fold them trying not to let the filling escape and wrap them with bacon.
  • On the other hand, we are going to blend the cream, cheese, milk, mushrooms, and we will season it with butter.
  • We heat a little oil to fry the fillets, and once they are ready, we place them on the plate and drizzle them with the sauce we cooked. The stuffed seafood fillets are simply delicious.
