After washing the asparagus, cut the stem (only the white part).
In a pan, pour olive oil over medium heat and add the asparagus. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
While taking care of the asparagus, prepare the tuna steaks. Make sure they are not frozen. If they are ready, heat a pan with olive oil over low heat. Place the tuna steaks and let them sear for 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other to leave the center raw.
Sprinkle pepper and salt to taste on each side of the tuna steaks before finishing searing. Once ready, place them in a spot where they won’t cool down.
Slice the olives.
Wait for the asparagus to be ready and serve everything together.
