1/2 cups greek olive
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cups red onion , chopped
1/2 cups basil
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
slices french country bread
4 fresh tuna steak, type there
4 cups arugula

Take the olives, remove their pits and chop them.
In a deep bowl, mix the olives, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, the onion, basil, vinegar, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Take the slices of bread and the tuna steaks and sear them with the remaining olive oil. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the slices of bread for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the skillet and cook the tuna for about 2 minutes on each side until seared (cooked on the outside and raw in the center).
Remove from heat the tuna cut into slices.
