Shark Tostadas with Chipotle Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup school shark, shredded or in small pieces
  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups olives, green, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup McCormick® chipotle mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • salt
  • tostadas, to accompany

  • For the chipotle mayonnaise, in a bowl mix McCormick® Mayonnaise with chipotle, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the onion, garlic, shark, tomato, olives, and oregano for 15 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Add the cilantro, mix well, and remove from heat.
  • Spread the tostada with the chipotle mayonnaise, place the shark, and decorate with cilantro. Serve with lemons and green sauce.
