Delicious and simple recipe for shrimp cooked in lime in a citrus and spicy sauce.

1 kilo shrimp, large
2 cucumbers
1 red onion
15 limes
1 guajillo chile
1 serrano chile
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 pinch salt

Peel and clean the shrimp and place them in a deep plate.
Squeeze the juice of 4 limes over the shrimp and let them soak for 15 minutes.
Rinse the shrimp, dry them, and place them in a deep plate.
Peel the cucumbers. Cut one of them into small cubes and add to the plate with the shrimp.
Slice the onion and add to the plate with the shrimp.
Blend the juice of the remaining limes, white vinegar, the remaining cucumber, and the chiles. Season with salt to taste.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
