1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
20 shrimp, peeled and cleaned
2 cups whipping cream
1 package fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper, ground
250 grams Manchego cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.
Add the fettuccine, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.
Add the cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley.
