Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 20 shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 package fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper, ground
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

  • In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the cream and heat until it comes to a boil.
  • Add the fettuccine, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.
  • Add the cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with parsley.
