3 tablespoons water
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon scallion
1 tablespoon oil
500 grams shrimp, medium and cleaned
1 pinch salt
white peppers, to taste

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add the peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, and cook for one minute.
Add the white wine, water, and cook for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
Incorporate the mayonnaise and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a creamy sauce is obtained.
Serve over white rice and sprinkle with chopped green onion or cilantro.
