Shrimp Cream with White Wine

A delicious shrimp cream recipe that combines white wine with the delights of the sea.

  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon scallion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 grams shrimp, medium and cleaned
  • 1 pinch salt
  • white peppers, to taste

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add the peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, and cook for one minute.
  • Add the white wine, water, and cook for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
  • Incorporate the mayonnaise and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a creamy sauce is obtained.
  • Serve over white rice and sprinkle with chopped green onion or cilantro.
