1 red onion, chopped into large pieces (about 1 cup)
1/2 kilos shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 1/2 cherry tomatoes, kids
spray oil, pam brand
1/4 cups lime juice
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/8 teaspoons salt
1/2 mango chutney
1/4 cups chives, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoons garlic

Preheat the oven broiler.
If you don’t have a broil setting, then set the oven to very high temperature.
On skewers (previously soaked to prevent burning), place half a tomato, one shrimp, a piece of onion, and bell peppers. Arrange the skewers to have plenty of shrimp and vegetables.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet (ideally with a rack).
Brush the skewers with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook for 4 minutes, flipping once, or until the shrimp are cooked.
Mix the other 2 tablespoons of lime juice with the mango chutney and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and serve this sauce with the shrimp.
