  • Cook the rice for 20 min. with water, vinegar, and sugar. Once ready, let it cool.
  • Prepare the salad with surimi, cucumber, mayonnaise, and pieces of shrimp
  • Pour sesame oil into a mold.
  • Add a layer of rice, then the salad and avocado with sesame seeds. Repeat this until the mold is full.
  • Refrigerate for 30 min. and serve.
