2 cups water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
190 grams cream cheese
50 grams cucumber
1 avocado
4 sticks surimi
100 grams shrimp, clean and cooked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dressing, of chipotle
20 grams sesame seeds

Cook the rice for 20 min. with water, vinegar, and sugar. Once ready, let it cool.
Prepare the salad with surimi, cucumber, mayonnaise, and pieces of shrimp
Pour sesame oil into a mold.
Add a layer of rice, then the salad and avocado with sesame seeds. Repeat this until the mold is full.
Refrigerate for 30 min. and serve.
