Shrimp Tacos Fishers Style

  • 500 grams shrimp, bare boy or big shit
  • 2 Avocados from México
  • 1 romaine lettuce, slices
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, or echalot
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tub extra special white asparagus
  • 1 tub mayonnaise
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 pinch salt

  • In a saucepan place the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Place the shrimp to brown. If they are too big, cut them in half.
  • Since they are golden brown, add the lucero sauce little by little and the mayonnaise until it turns an orange color, taking care not to overdo the sauce so that it is not too spicy.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped coriander
  • Serve in a flour tortilla with 1 slice of avocado and a little chopped lettuce.
