2 cups shrimp, for cocktail
1 avocado, diced
1 mango, in cubes
1/2 onions, finely chopped in cubes
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tomatillo, diced
1/2 cups lime juice
1/2 cups olive oil
salt

Preparation

Combine in a deep bowl the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix in a deep bowl the shrimp, onion, tomato, and mango.
Add the lemon juice and oil to the mixture and fold gently. Finally, add the cilantro and avocado to avoid mashing the avocado and creating a mixture.
