In a bowl, mix the Bimbo® classic breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
On the side, beat the egg and season with salt and pepper.
Bread the shrimp by passing them through flour, egg, and the Bimbo® classic breadcrumbs mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little cooking spray. Cook the breaded shrimp until golden and well-cooked. Remove and set aside.
