Breaded Shrimp with Quinoa

You don't need to be an expert in the kitchen to prepare these delicious breaded shrimp with quinoa; in just 4 steps you'll have crispy shrimp accompanied by a spectacular chipotle dip.

  • 600 grams medium-sized shrimp, clean and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann’s® homestyle mayonnaise 
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1 Knorr® chipotle cream cheese, for the dip
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped, for the dip 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped, for the dip
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped, for the dip 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped, for the dip

  • Season the shrimp with Knorr® Shrimp and black pepper. Add Hellmann's® Homemade and mix well.
  • Remove excess water from the quinoa and spread it on a plate.
  • Bread the shrimp with the quinoa and cook them in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat until golden and cooked through (no oil is needed).
  • For the dip, heat Knorr® Cream Cheese with Chipotle and add parsley and onion. Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Serve the breaded shrimp with the cheese dip and enjoy.
