With a spatula, stir the previous ingredients, and when they start to color, add the hot fish broth.
When it starts to boil, add the shrimp, prawns, mussels, clams, fish, peas, and season with salt and pepper; finally, place the bell peppers as a garnish on the surface.
Note: If you do not have a paella pan or deep skillet, you can use a clay pot and wooden spatula.
