  • 2 tablespoons Great Value® olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 180 grams pink shrimp
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
  • 180 grams butter
  • 1 pinch Great Value® plain salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons Great Value® whole milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, then add the onion and garlic. When they are translucent, add the spinach, cook for 5 minutes, let cool, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the spinach, feta cheese, season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp, mix well until integrated, and set aside.
  • For the dough, add the flour, butter in a processor, gradually add the egg and yolk, add the milk, and process until a dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, roll out half of the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, place it in a pie mold.
  • Pour the previous preparation, roll out the other half of the dough to the diameter of the pie mold, and with a heart-shaped cutter, cut out some shapes to place in the center.
