1 jar Extra Special® tamarind sauce with chipotle
16 jumbo shrimp
1 stick butter
1 stick cream cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
ground black pepper
coarse salt, freshly ground
Preparation

Add butter, oil, garlic, and onion to a skillet.
Incorporate the shrimp, cooking them for approximately 7 minutes. Add parsley and remove from heat.
Serve two or three tablespoons of tamarind sauce with extra special chipotle and a rectangle of cream cheese.
Then serve three shrimp sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
