Green Shrimp Aguachile

  • 2 cups shrimp
  • 1/2 cups cilantro
  • 2 serrano chiles, without tails
  • 1 cup lime juice, seedless
  • pinches salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber, with skin, cut into half moons
  • 1/2 cups red onion, butterflied
  • tostadas, baked

  • Peel, clean, and cut the shrimp by butterflying them. Set aside.
  • Blend the cilantro with the serrano chili, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with the previously blended mixture for 30 minutes. Refrigerate.
  • Add the cucumber and red onion. Serve and accompany with tostadas and enjoy.
