Grilled Glazed Shrimp

  • 1 kilo large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • coarse salt

  • Mix the tomato paste with the olive oil.
  • With a brush, coat some wooden skewers. Arrange the shrimp on the skewers.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and brush with the tomato paste mixture.
  • Place the shrimp on a grill, turn them once, and brush again with the paste.
