1 kilo large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons olive oil
coarse salt

Mix the tomato paste with the olive oil.
With a brush, coat some wooden skewers. Arrange the shrimp on the skewers.
Season the shrimp with salt and brush with the tomato paste mixture.
Place the shrimp on a grill, turn them once, and brush again with the paste.
