Grilled Shrimp

Some delicious grilled shrimp that are perfect for a beach vacation. They take little time and taste delicious.

  • 500 grams shrimp
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 limes, its juice
  • paprika, to taste
  • piquín chiles, to taste
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

  • Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, chili piquín, and soy sauce.
  • Let the shrimp marinate for 10 min.
  • Heat the grill.
  • Remove the shrimp from the marinade and sprinkle a little more paprika, salt, and pepper on them.
  • Cook on the grill, and halfway through the cooking, add a little of the marinade juice.
