Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Grilled shrimp skewers are super easy to prepare. The grill gives a different flavor to the shrimp.

  • 300 grams shrimp
  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • chicken seasoning, lemon-pepper

  • Clean the shrimp.
  • Cut the onion into large cubes of approximately 2 x 2 cm.
  • Season the shrimp with minced garlic and lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert one shrimp, then one piece of onion, and continue alternating until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little seasoning.
  • Place on the grill until everything is cooked, ensuring the shrimp does not overcook.
