Grilled Stuffed Shrimp

The grilled stuffed shrimp recipe will drive you crazy and you'll want to have a barbecue every day.

  • 16 shrimp, large shrimp or prawns
  • 300 grams smoked marlin, (can be replaced with smoked Tuna)
  • 300 grams goat cheese
  • 16 strips bacon, or pancetta
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

  • Wash and clean the shrimp, devein them, and cut them in butterfly style.
  • Stuff them with smoked Marlin and goat cheese.
  • Close the shrimp and wrap them in bacon.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • On a grill, cook the shrimp until the bacon is browned on all sides.
