16 shrimp, large shrimp or prawns
300 grams smoked marlin, (can be replaced with smoked Tuna)
300 grams goat cheese
16 strips bacon, or pancetta
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste

Wash and clean the shrimp, devein them, and cut them in butterfly style.
Stuff them with smoked Marlin and goat cheese.
Close the shrimp and wrap them in bacon.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
On a grill, cook the shrimp until the bacon is browned on all sides.
