500 grams jumbo shrimp
4 dried árbol chiles
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup cream
1/4 cups basil, chopped
1 pinch fresh tarragon
1 bunch chives

Cut the shrimp in butterfly style and clean them.
Sauté the chiles in butter for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped green onions and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the garlic and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Season and add the mustard, beat for 1 minute.
Add the cream and beat until thick. Finally, add basil and tarragon. Mix and serve.
