Pasta with Nopales and Shrimp

Delicious shrimp and noodle dish in a creamy oregano sauce. An easy shrimp recipe that you can prepare in less than 20 minutes. It’s a delightful preparation to pamper those you love the most.

  • 1 package Noodle, cooked
  • 250 grams shrimp, U15
  • 1 pinch guajillo chile, deveined
  • 10 grams fresh oregano
  • 60 grams nopal, cooked and diced
  • 20 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 4 fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40 grams butter
  • 1 ounce brandy

  • Clean the shrimp, removing the head and the vein. Butterfly them by cutting along the side without opening them completely, and turn them to make them look like butterflies.
  • Fry the shrimp in olive oil with chopped garlic, chopped onion, butter mixed with half an ounce of brandy, and guajillo chili rings until golden. Flambé with the rest of the brandy, being very careful not to burn yourself.
  • Add the nopales, sift the fresh oregano. Season with Maggi sauce and Worcestershire sauce, then add the cooked pasta. Serve the pasta, separate the shrimp, and tie them in pairs with a guajillo ring.
  • Add a little oregano and olive oil. If desired, add a flower for decoration.
